GOODSIR Pty Ltd, (ACN 120 946 303) 1 Windward Ave,Mosman NSW 2088 Australia (“Maison Naomi Goodsir”) accepts orders only on the terms that these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be deemed to be incorporated in any contract arising therefrom.

Please read the Terms & Conditions of Sale carefully as they refer to the agreement by which we will supply products and services to you.

Our products

At all times "Maison Naomi Goodsir” aims to describe the products on the Naomi Goodsir Website (naomigoodsir.com) as accurately as possible. On some occasions there may be inaccuracies or errors on the Website which we will correct when necessary and at our own discretion.

Most products sold on this Website are fragrances formulated from natural ingredients, fabrics, leathers, skins or hand crafted products, and there may be small variations between the image of the product on the Website and the product you receive. According to the fragrances, you should be aware that colors and size may slightly differ. To the extent applicable by Australian Consumer Law, we do not warrant that the products description, colors, size or other information available or displayed on the Website are completely accurate or reliable.

The products and services on sales on the Naomi Goodsir Website may be offered as part of a promotion, which is available for a restricted time and in limited quantity.

The products sold on our Website are intended solely for customers for their personal use. By purchasing the products sold on our Website you agree not to resell them commercially. We may choose to restrict orders to what we consider normal quantities.

Order, Availability and Validation

You may place an order with us over the telephone, or by completing and submitting an online order on the Naomi Goodsir Website.

The customer declares that he agrees with and accepts “Maison Naomi Goodsir” general terms and conditions of sale before placing the order. By validating the order, the customer accepts these general terms and conditions of sale without restriction or reservation.

The offer of products on the Naomi Goodsir website is not a binding offer but an invitation to purchase the products. After submitting an order you will receive a confirmation email. We may accept or reject an order depending on several factors, such as our current stock products or our ability to authenticate the payment for the order.

Occasionally our suppliers may be out of stock, fail to deliver the products or the products delivered may not be of sufficient quality. In these exceptional circumstances, we reserve our right to cancel the order or remove the products from the Website.

Your order becomes effective upon your confirmed “check-out” on the website.

We endeavour to ensure that all products advertised for sale by us are in stock.

According to our fragrances, the maximum amount of an order placed by a given customer (same family name, same address) may not exceed 500€ (excluding delivery costs). Likewise, over a period of 7 days, a given customer may not place more than 2 orders, the maximum cumulative amount of which may not exceed 1000€ (excluding delivery costs).

According to our fashion accessories, the maximum amount of an order placed by a given customer (same family name, same address) may not exceed 2500€ (excluding delivery costs). Likewise, over a period of 7 days, a given customer may not place more than 2 orders, the maximum cumulative amount of which may not exceed 5000€ (excluding delivery costs).

For the fragrance samples, per order, a customer can not select more than three samples of the same reference.

“Maison Naomi Goodsir” is entitled to refuse any abnormal order or any order not placed in good faith.


The price payable for the products is the one set out on this Website or advised by us over the phone at the time you place your order.

Prices visible on the Website are subject to change from time to time. Please check the latest price on the Website, or confirm over the phone to one of our staff.

All prices quoted over the phone, or on this Website, include VAT (where applicable). This price excludes dispatch and delivery costs. The delivery costs may be indicated on the products page of the Website, or given by quote in response to the order request and are determined by the volume, size, weight and type of the products and delivery method you choose. Please see our Dispatch and Delivery Policy for further information.


When ordering products on the phone or via the Website, you will be required to provide payment details. By entering your payment information you confirm that you are the authorised account holder, that the payment details given for the order are valid and that you are the person referred to in the billing information required for the order.

Your credit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. “Maison Naomi Goodsir" does not store any of your credit card information.

“Maison Naomi Goodsir” will not be held responsible for any damage or loss (whether indirect or direct) suffered by you if your credit card is fraudulently used or used in an unauthorised manner by a third party.

Once the products have been delivered to the premises, notified by you to us in your order, the contract between you and us is complete. The sale contract is therefore concluded in New South Wales, Australia. You will receive a tax invoice once the products are ordered and/or delivered.

Your order cannot be cancelled once the products have been delivered. Depending on the nature and size of the order, we reserve our right to not accept cancellations once the order has been submitted and already processed with our suppliers.

Returns Policy

GOODSIR Pty Ltd (ACN 120 946 303) ) (“Maison Naomi Goodsir”) will happily assist customers who wish to return products purchased on our Website in Australia.

“Maison Naomi Goodsir” will accept the return of products and issue refunds or exchanges, subject to payment of the original delivery fee and the following:

if the product is unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition you may contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange for it to be collected; and you have a valid and intact receipt. The original credit card must be present to gain a refund or exchange.

You must adequately package any product that you are returning to ensure that it is not damaged during return delivery to our warehouse. All original items including packaging must be returned.

If you are entitled to a refund or exchange, the refund or exchange will only be given once we have received the product and inspected it and assessed whether it is eligible for a refund under the Returns Policy. Any refund we make will be made through the same payment method used to purchase the product.


With respect to your rights under the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Australian Consumer Law which forms part of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange on the following items:

Any products which have been delivered to the specified premises.

Custom made products.

Any product that has been used.

Faulty or damaged goods under warranties.

In addition to manufacturers’ guarantees on specific products, “Maison Naomi Goodsir” and its suppliers provide a guarantee of acceptable quality on all goods ordered.

Australian Consumer Law, implies into consumer contracts certain statutory conditions and warranties that cannot be excluded or modified. Where there is a breach of such a warranty and such a breach is a “major failure”, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.

If the non-compliant nature of the Product(s) is confirmed, “Maison Naomi Goodsir” will then reimburse the Consumer, to the bank account that was debited at order time, within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the non-compliant Product(s).

Should you request an exchange or refund we will require a valid receipt as proof that you purchased the goods with us.

Dispatch and Delivery Policy

According to our fragrances, deliveries will be made by GOODSIR Pty Ltd (ACN 120 946 303)  (“Maison Naomi Goodsir”) only within the limited area of the European Union (France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece,...).

Whenever an order is destined for a country which is not a member of the European Union, the customer is the importer of the products concerned. Therefore, customs duties and other local taxes may be payable and the customer is responsible for them. 

Dispatch of your order will usually be made within 24 hours of your payment being cleared.

Our estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 working days. Please note that the delivery times provided are estimates. Depending on your destination for delivery, it may take up to 7 to 10 working days for your order to arrive. Delivery times commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Please allow 2-4 working days before your order is dispatched.

A charge for delivery to your premises may apply depending on the good(s) purchased. We will notify you of the delivery price during the checkout process on the Naomi Goodsir Website, or when we are advising you of a quote over the phone.

You must ensure someone is available to accept the delivery at the premises and that they are authorised to do so. If there is not, you authorise us to deliver the goods anyway (if we consider it safe and reasonable to do so). You must ensure there is safe and available access for delivery.

If the delivery contractor arrives at the agreed time, but is unable to deliver the goods, or considers that it is unsafe to do so, you will be required to pay for re-delivery at a later time. Some goods may require extra delivery charges due to geographical specificities and custom duties, which may incur an additional charge. We will do our best to inform you of this in advance.

If you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete delivery address (including apartment number, entrance code, floor, phone number) you will be required to pay for re-delivery to the correct address at a later time.To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. “Maison Naomi Goodsir” takes no responsability for the lost shipments.

The goods are at your risk after delivery. For commercial customers liability for damage to any property occurring during delivery will not be accepted.

If goods are being collected, you must collect them within 7 days once we inform you they are ready for collection. If you fail to do so, and have not notified us, then we will assume you have cancelled your order and you will still be charged in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Complimentary standard shipping to any of our international shipping destinations is available for all orders over 130,00 € (Euro) or in the equivalent local currency.

Fragrance samples Refoundable

The samples set of 5 fragrances is refundable. You will be able to deduct its price from your next order of a 50ml/1.7 floz fragrance. You will receive with your samples set, a promotional code to enter when you will order a 50ml/1.7 floz fragrance.


For information about your delivery, please refer to the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. If for some reason you have not received a confirmation email, contact us at sales@naomigoodsirparfums.com. Small orders such as fragrance samples are not trackable (regular mail).
