Naomi’s hats and bags represent the alliance of tradition, modernity, craft and creativity. Her style is inspired by the philosophy of the great couturiers from the 20’s and 30’s - elegance entwined with flamboyancy and wit.
With some capsule collections Naomi engages French, Italian and Australian craftspeople, recognised for their ancestral savoir-faire. She also partners with Maisons de haute couture including Living Heritage Companies or EPV. (EPV is a mark of recognition from the French State, awarded to French firms for their excellent use of traditional and industrial skills). Priority is given to the quality of execution and origin, thereby contributing to the preservation of ancestral know-how.
Naomi Goodsir Parfums collaborates with independent noses, free to express their art through a noble raw material. Julien Rasquinet trained by Pierre Bourdon and Bertrand Duchaufour are the first authors.
